By accessing or using pronto.mt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform role

pronto.mt is a marketplace that connects clients with independent service professionals. We do not employ the professionals listed on the platform and are not responsible for the quality of services provided. Each professional operates independently.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Payments and commissions

Payments are processed securely through the platform. Client funds are held until service completion is confirmed. pronto.mt retains a commission on each completed transaction. All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the service agreed between client and professional. pronto.mt reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds at its sole discretion when a service was not completed as agreed.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading information, to harass other users, or to circumvent the platform's payment system by transacting directly with professionals found through pronto.mt.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
